I met Major Dave Rozelle at the 2006 Angels Race in VA. His example of recovery from wounds and return to combat is an inspiration.
I've taken up the challenge to get out "from behind the megaphone" and race the 2008 Ironman 70.3 with team Operation Rebound. I hope you will support CAF as I race with Dave, and many others who will be supporting the CAF through this event.
Through the CAF, Operation Rebound creates a valuable resource that veterans can use after they return home – or to their home base. Operation Rebound is here to help them meet their athletic goals, whether it’s finishing their local 5K – or trying to make it to the Paralympics.
