Friends and Family,

I am competing in the Ford Ironman 70.3 Triathlon on May 18, 2008 as a member of Team Operation Rebound. Operation Rebound helps wounded war veterans from Afghanistan and Iraq regain an active lifestyle. The money we raise will help these brave soldiers pursue an active lifestyle through physical fitness and athletics. The mission is clear: give those with the desire to live active, competitive lifestyles every opportunity to compete in the sports they love.
